I’m Jacob, Co-Founder of Zero Nine. I build AI tools that make everyday work easier.
I also work as a Senior Customer Success Manager, APAC at Tradable Bits and am a casual academic at Deakin University.
At Zero Nine, I work with Iain McIntyre and Matt Savich on technology and business operations. The current projects are Paul, an AI teammate for routine administration that keeps teams in control, and Indy, which organises business data for people and AI, moves it between tools, and helps check where it came from.
My writing covers practical AI strategy and the ethical questions around free AI tools, alongside research into governance in national sport organisations. This site brings those projects, writing, interests and contact details together.
Read the project notes and writing below, or follow the links to find my public work and development activity. One linked paper looks at board composition and interpersonal dynamics in national sport organisations.
