Jacob Colangelo

I’m Jacob, Co-Founder of Zero Nine. I build tools and services that make everyday life and work easier.

I also work as a Senior Customer Success Manager, APAC at Tradable Bits and am a casual academic at Deakin University.

At Zero Nine, I work with Iain McIntyre and Matt Savich on digital systems for small businesses. We automate repetitive admin and connect the tools teams already use. We are also building Paul, a home services concierge that finds businesses, gathers quotes and organises the service you choose.

My research looks at governance in national sport organisations. This site brings my projects, research, interests and contact details together.

Read the project notes and writing below, or follow the links to find my public work and development activity. One linked paper looks at board composition and interpersonal dynamics in national sport organisations.

Outside work

Away from the keyboard, I DJ, play community sport and make useful things with a 3D printer.
